Sitting out on the balcony is so relaxing and, while there is so much to do around Salt, Kingscliff and beyond with the Gold Coast or Byron such an easy commute, it was lovely to come back to the apartment and relax. Excellent apartment, well kitted out with everything you could need. The Bale complex itself is great. We have 2 young kids and there’s loads to do. Dining options are excellent...we did a fair bit of takeaway and sat on the balcony listening to the surf.

“Top quality and perfect location!
This was our third trip to Kingscliff. The first two we stayed at Salt and totally enjoyed our accommodation and stay. This time though, we moved to Peppers Bale, and were totally blown away by how FABULOUS this Mini Penthouse was. The actual Mini Penthouse was beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need, including a coffee machine and an BBQ on the balcony. Any queries were addressed immediately. Security and privacy are important to us and we found that the Bale section of this resort offered us that. The generous sized lap pool, was only a short trip by our almost private elevator, plenty of pool lounges and a covered spa. The surf beach is manned and easily accessible by the beach gate. All of the restaurants in the resort complex offer fabulous food, although we did cook in the kitchen and used the BBQ. We rode our bikes into town (both ways). We were so impressed that on the drive home we’d already contacted the owners to book next year’s holiday in. There is nothing about this apartment that I could fault.

The owners certainly take great pride in presenting an apartment with the best of everything, and the position is wonderful with the view from the balcony out to the ocean, and to the village green. This is an exemplary apartment in a very good resort. We have stayed at Peppers Salt Beach Bale on numerous occasions. Whilst there was very little wrong with any of our previous apartments, the Mini Penthouse is by far the most superior. Quality of all furnishings, white goods and entertainment equipment was of the highest order. As usual the Bale complex and general resort were also of the highest caliber. An enjoyable, relaxing and fun time away for our family. We will be booking another vacation as soon as we can. Bravo to the excellent attention to detail from the apartment owners.”

“Thanks again for a fabulous stay - our 3rd time in this unit, and our 5th in your 2 bedroom unit. We are yet to find anywhere else in SE Qld that we love as much as your Penthouse and the Salt area. It has space, comfort, views, position, plenty of crockery and kitchen utilities, amenities that cater to everyone and above all SENSATIONAL BEDS! Oh, and did I mention that the walls are so solid that you can easily sleep in - even with kids watching TV in the Living room. We will be back again and again!”

Access to the resort facilities, including two very attractive swimming pools with bar service, was a bonus. The sea and beautifully empty beach were ‘paradise’ in the words of one UK visitor. The easy access to excellent restaurants both near and in the surrounding environs was a delight. The entertainment guide in the apartment is spot on! “We had a fabulous stay at the apartment over Easter with our 2 children. They loved the TV in their room (and were excited they could watch TV in bed!). The apartment itself was lovely and very tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. Everything about the apartment oozed charm! We parked our car in the secure basement for 5 days and walked everywhere. The beach was lovely to walk along each morning with the children! We will definitely stay here again with our family next year!”
