Kingscliff Penthouse Suites - Cancellation Policy

1. *Deposit paid*

Booking Deposit is non-refundable but upon application is transferable to another date within the same Penthouse.

Notification of intent to transfer dates must be submitted in writing more than 30 days before original check in date - $100 transfer fee applies. Credit is to be used within 12 months of the cancellation date.

Deposit paid may only be transferred once. School Holidays, Peak Christmas, New Year and Easter booking deposits paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.


2. *Final Balance Payment*

Balance (due 28 days before arrival) becomes strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. The only exception is if the booking can be replaced - $100 cancellation fee applies, however this does not apply for Christmas, New Year or Easter bookings. Travel insurance is recommended.
